Working as a team with patients and their families, our staff develops individualized treatment plans and sets goals, which meet the needs of everyone, involved. Together, the team determines the best ways to help patients maximize their strengths, enhance areas in which they need improvement and become as independent as possible.
Coordinated Treatment Center
The
MeritCare Coordinated Treatment Center is located within MeritCare Medical Center. The programs offered by MeritCare Hospital and MeritCare Children's Hospital have been designed specifically for disabled adults and children.
The Coordinated Treatment Center assists primary care doctors in the management of their patients' complex health problems. Program evaluations are always available to the service agencies patients work with.
