Dr. Cathy Breedon is the Clinical Nutrition Specialist at MeritCare Medical Center, which serves North Dakota, North/Central Minnesota and parts of South Dakota. She also teaches at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, Minnesota State University Moorhead, and Concordia College.
