MeritCare Rehabilitation Services has provided quality care to thousands of individuals and families throughout our tri-state service area.

The mission of our rehabilitation program is to provide quality, cost effective, comprehensive rehabilitation services to those who have the potential and wish to attain a higher level of self-sufficiency and to minimize the human and economic cost of illness and injury.

  • Hospital based inpatient rehabilitation for adolescents and adults since 1991.
  • The only North Dakota and CARF accredited program for rehabilitation of brain injury for adolescents and adults since 1997.
  • Care managed by board certified doctors in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
  • Certified rehabilitation registered nurses coordinate care.
  • Specially trained, certified physical therapy and occupational therapy staffs.
  • Masters-trained speech language pathologists.
  • Certified recreational therapy specialist.
  • Education and training for patients and families.
  • Continuums of care, inpatient, outpatient and synchronized care through the Coordinated Treatment Center post-hospitalization.
