How the Program Works

Initial Consultation

Before formal training in our Speed Strength Program begins, you'll meet with an exercise physiologist for a free one-on-one consultation to identify specific goals and to determine your training background.

Fitness Evaluation/Interpretation

After your initial consultation, you'll participate in a series of sport-specific performance tests to determine your pre-training fitness level. Then, you'll be ready to begin.

Training Sessions

Together with an exercise physiologist, you'll participate in nine two-hour hands on training sessions (18 hours in all). Along with proper form and training principles, you'll learn techniques and exercises that can help you take your sport to the next level.

Individualized Training Program

After completing your training sessions, you'll receive an individualized training program, personalized to your developmental level, sport and specific goals.

Reevaluation and Follow-up

We encourage periodic reevaluations to monitor your progress and make any necessary changes to your training program. Such changes are particularly important as the seasons change.
