MeritCare recommends children receive check ups at the following ages:

  • 2 weeks
  • 2 months (immunizations due)
  • 4 months (immunizations due)
  • 6 months (immunizations due)
  • 9 months
  • 12 months (immunizations due)
  • 15 months
  • 18 months (immunizations due)
  • 24 months (immunizations due)
  • 3 years
  • 4 years
  • 5 years (immunizations due)
  • 6 years
  • 8 years
  • 10 years and yearly after that through age 21. (Immunizations due at 11 to 12 years.)
