The MeritCare Coordinated Treatment Center is located within MeritCare Medical Center. The programs offered by MeritCare Hospital and MeritCare Children's Hospital have been designed specifically for disabled adults and children.
The Coordinated Treatment Center assists primary care doctors in the management of their patients' complex health problems. Program evaluations are always available to the service agencies patients work with.
The team approach
The Coordinated Treatment Center offers an interdisciplinary care provider team and easy access to medical treatment. It enables patients to see a wide variety of specialists conveniently - all in one location, on one day.
Professionals from community agencies are welcome to attend the Coordinated Treatment Center program with their clients.

Work as a team with patients and their families, our staff develops individualized treatment plans and sets goals, which meet the needs of everyone, involved. Together, the team determines the best ways to help patients maximize their strengths, enhance areas in which they need improvement and become as independent as possible.
