Your Labor Experience: What to Expect
MeritCare is now offering a two-hour educational class for parents expecting a baby. This class will cover questions from the hospital
to delivery. We will focus on labor and what you can expect. The class is open to anyone, free to those delivering at MeritCare.
Suggested time to take the class is during your 7th to 9th month of Pregnancy.
Some of the topics discussed include:
- Hospital visits: What to expect and questions to ask
- Pain management options
- What to expect if there are complications
In addition to this class, Meritcare offers Lamaze throughout the year.

| Directions: | The main entrance for both MeritCare Hospital and Broadway Clinic is now on the north side of our campus. The address is 801 Broadway North. Enter 8th Avenue from Broadway by the big new MeritCare "Main Entrance" sign. This entrance is open and staffed 24 hours a day. |
