The Children's Miracle Network is an international non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for 170 affiliated children's hospitals. Each year, these hospitals help 14 million kids who suffer from many diseases and injuries, including cancer, AIDS, birth defects, accident, trauma and more. CMN children's hospitals help more kids each year than any other organization in the world. MeritCare Children's Hospital is proud to be a CMN hospital for the past 17 years!

2001 Children's Miracle Network Celebration a Great Success!

The 17th Annual Children's Miracle Network Celebration was held on Saturday, June 2, at NDSU and MeritCare Children's Hospital and was broadcast state-wide in North Dakota and in western Minnesota. A record $501,844 was raised to support research, equipment purchases and services for families and kids at MeritCare Children's Hospital. A big "thank you" to everyone who helped make this a successful event!

Children's Miracle Network Hosts
2001 hosts Darren Mark from KFYR-TV, Bismarck; Sandy Buttweiler, KFGO-Radio, Fargo; Larry Ristvedt, KFGO-Radio, Fargo; Carla Dolan, KMOT-TV, Minot' and Daron Selvig, KVLY-TV, Fargo; celebrate the end of the 10-hour broadcast and a record-setting $501,844! Great job!
