MeritCare Breast Clinic
Two distinct categories of service are provided in the Breast Clinic.

A breast cancer screening evaluation is offered for women without any symptoms of current breast problems. This screening includes:
- a breast exam
- a mammographic exam (if recommended by screening guidelines)
- a review of the mammographic findings with the patient
- an evaluation of personal risk factors
- education in breast self-exam

A breast diagnostic evaluation is offered for women who have current breast concerns, including:
- lumps
- discharge
- pain
- abnormal mammograms
- other changes in their breast exam
