When are babies posted to BassiNet?
We understand that friends
and family are eager to see the new bundle of joy and we do our best to add our
new arrivals as quickly as possible. We
add new babies to BassiNet every day—Monday through Friday—by noon. It usually takes about 2 business days from
the baby's birth to his/her debut on BassiNet. We know that seems like a long
time when you're waiting, but it's important for a number of reasons.

Getting Settled: Despite the requests of friends and relatives in remote locations, babies seem to have
priorities other than getting their picture taken. We like to make sure all their other needs are met before we put
the first camera in their face.

Looking Their Best: Let's face it, everyone likes to look good in pictures.
The babies like to be sure they're looking their best before we
show them to the world.

Paperwork: BassiNet is an optional service for our new arrivals and their parents.
Before a baby is posted to BassiNet, parents must sign a consent form (including all the
baby's stats) and have the baby's picture taken by a nurse with our digital camera.
